1. Description of the Service

NumSoul provides online numerological calculation services, including Matrix of Destiny, Chakra Analysis, Soul Prism, compatibility analysis, forecasts, and AI-powered consultations. Basic calculations are available for free. Full access to detailed reports, PDF downloads, and AI consultations requires a paid subscription.

2. Subscription Plans and Pricing

We offer three subscription plans: monthly, half-year, and yearly. Current prices are displayed on the pricing page. Prices may vary depending on the selected currency (RUB, USD, EUR).

Subscriptions are purchased as one-time paymentsfor the selected period. There is no automatic renewal — when the subscription period ends, access to premium features is suspended until you manually purchase a new subscription.

We reserve the right to modify pricing. Any changes will not affect active subscriptions and will only apply to new purchases.

3. Payment

Payment is processed at the time of purchase. You will be redirected to a secure payment page where you can complete the transaction using the available payment methods (bank card, SBP, PayPal, Stripe, or other methods depending on your region and currency).

We do not store your payment card details. All payment information is processed directly by the payment provider. We are not responsible for payment processing errors caused by third-party payment systems.

4. What You Get

A paid subscription provides access to:

• Full detailed reports for all calculators (Matrix of Destiny, Chakra Analysis, Soul Prism, compatibility, forecasts)
• PDF report generation and download
• AI-powered consultations on the forum
• Calculation history

Free users have access to basic calculations with a preview of the first section of each report.

5. Refund Policy

Since the Service provides instant access to digital content upon purchase, refunds are generally not provided once you have accessed premium content. However, if you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the Service, please contact us at office@numsoul.com and we will review your case individually.

6. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You agree not to share your account or subscription with third parties
• You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes or in a way that could harm the Service or other users
• Content posted on the forum must not contain offensive, illegal, or misleading information

7. Limitation of Liability

NumSoul provides numerological calculations and AI-generated consultations for informational and entertainment purposes only. The Service does not provide medical, financial, legal, or psychological advice. We are not responsible for decisions made based on the information provided by the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.
