These Terms of Use govern the use of the NumSoul website (numsoul.com) and the purchase of paid services. By using the Service or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. The current version of the Terms is always available on this page.
1. Description of the Service
NumSoul provides online numerological calculation services: Matrix of Destiny, Chakra Analysis, compatibility, forecasts, and AI consultations. Basic calculations are free. Full access to detailed reports, PDF, and AI consultations is available with a paid subscription.
2. Plans and pricing
Three plans are available: monthly, half-yearly, and yearly. Current prices in RUB, USD, or EUR are listed on the pricing page. A subscription is a one-time payment for the chosen period. There is no auto-renewal: once the period ends, access to premium features is paused until you purchase again.
3. Payment
Payment is made at the time of purchase on the secure page of the payment provider. Available payment methods depend on your region and currency. We do not store payment card data.
4. User obligations
- Keeping your credentials safe is your responsibility.
- Do not share your account or subscription with third parties.
- Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes or in any way that harms the Service or other users.
The Service is provided for personal use. Automated access to the Service’s API (parsing, scraping, programmatic enumeration of calculations bypassing the user interface), as well as bulk retrieval of results for commercial purposes without a separate written agreement with NumSoul, is prohibited. If such use is detected, NumSoul may restrict access or terminate the Service.
5. Limitation of liability
NumSoul provides numerological calculations and AI consultations for informational and entertainment purposes. The Service does not provide medical, financial, legal, or psychological advice. We are not liable for decisions made based on information from the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without any warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
