This Privacy Policy explains how NumSoul (numsoul.com) collects and uses your data. By using the Service, you agree to this Policy. If you are under 16, you may use the Service only with parental consent. The current version of the Policy is always available on this page.
1. What we collect
- Email — for registration, sign-in, and transactional emails.
- Date of birth and gender — for numerological calculations. They are not used for advertising or identification.
- Messages in consultations — text that you submit voluntarily.
We do not store payment card data — all payments are processed directly by the payment provider. Your email is shared with an external SMTP provider to deliver transactional messages.
2. How we use your data
- Providing calculation services.
- Managing your account and subscription.
- Transactional emails (password reset, subscription expiration).
- AI consultations based on your calculation data.
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or selling to third parties.
3. Cookies
Only essential cookies for session and language preferences. No tracking or advertising cookies.
4. Security
All connections are encrypted via HTTPS. Passwords are stored only as hashes. Authentication uses secure tokens with a limited lifetime.
Your data is kept while your account is active. After 24 months of inactivity, data may be deleted. You can request deletion at any time.
